Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms between the platform operator (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and the content provider (“Creator”, “You”, or “Your”).

By creating an account, completing identity verification, and uploading content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with the Platform’s Terms of Service and policies.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You will provide accurate, valid, government-issued identification for verification

  • All information provided to the Platform is true and up to date

The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification requirements.

Pre-Screening of Content

All content uploaded by you may be reviewed and pre-screened prior to publication.

The Platform reserves the right to reject, remove, or restrict any content that is determined, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Violate applicable laws

  • Breach Platform policies

  • Be inappropriate or unsafe

Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, and monetize your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You may remove your content at any time; however, content previously purchased or accessed by users may remain available to those users.

Compliance and Prohibited Activities

You agree that all content you upload will comply with applicable laws and Platform standards.

You must not upload content that:

  • Involves minors

  • Contains non-consensual or exploitative material

  • Depicts illegal activities

Violation may result in immediate removal, payout suspension, or account termination.

Consent and Documentation

You must obtain and retain written consent from every person depicted in your content confirming:

  • Consent to be depicted

  • Consent for distribution on the Platform

  • Consent for download where applicable

You must verify and document the identity and age of all persons appearing in your content and ensure they are 18 or older.

You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request by the Platform or relevant authorities.

Image and Likeness Consent

By accepting this Agreement and confirming the designated consent option during registration, you grant the Platform permission to use, display, and distribute your name, image, and likeness in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

Revenue and Payments

Creator earnings are subject to the Platform’s revenue-sharing structure as communicated within your account.

Payments will be issued according to the Platform’s payout schedule and are subject to:

  • Verification checks

  • Minimum payout thresholds

  • Processing timelines

You are solely responsible for all taxes and reporting obligations.

Creator Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Monitor and manage your content

  • Report unauthorized use or infringement

  • Comply with all Platform policies and applicable laws

  • Maintain accurate account and payout details

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing the account or providing notice.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to upload new content ends

  • Licenses granted to users who previously purchased content will continue

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your content

  • Your breach of this Agreement

  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights

Amendments

The Platform may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Platform’s operating jurisdiction.
