Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click Sign Up, enter your email address, create a password, and complete the registration process.

Do I need to verify my email?

Yes. Email verification helps secure your account and ensures you receive important notifications.

How do I become a creator?

After creating your account, visit Settings → Creator Verification and submit the required information. Once approved, you can start publishing premium content and earning from your audience.

Publishing Content

What types of content can I upload?

Depending on your account permissions, you can publish:

• Text posts

• Photos

• Videos

• Premium (paid) posts

• Stories

• Live streams

• Private messages

• Media bundles

How do I create a post?

1. Go to Create Post.

2. Write your caption.

3. Upload your photos or videos by dragging and dropping files or using the upload button.

4. Choose whether the post is Free or Paid.

5. Click Publish.

Can I edit or delete my posts?

Yes. Open the menu (⋮) on your post and choose Edit or Delete.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Subscribe to your favorite creators to unlock exclusive content. Subscription benefits vary depending on each creator's offerings.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscriptions. Your access remains active until the current billing period ends.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Payments

Which payment methods are accepted?

Supported payment methods may include:

• Credit & Debit Cards

• Stripe

• PayPal (where available)

Available payment options depend on your country and the platform configuration.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through trusted payment providers, and StarFansy does not store your complete card details.

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons include:

• Insufficient funds

• Incorrect card details

• Bank restrictions

• Expired card

• Payment provider security checks

If the problem continues, contact your bank or try another payment method.

Creator Earnings

How do creators earn money?

Creators can earn through:

• Monthly subscriptions

How do I request a withdrawal?

Go to Wallet → Withdraw, choose your preferred payout method, and submit your request.

Which payout methods are available?

Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and are typically processed within a few business days, depending on the payment method.

Account Verification

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Identity verification helps protect creators, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and payment provider requirements.

How long does verification take?

Verification is usually completed within 24–72 hours, although processing times may vary.

Messages & Privacy

Can I message creators?

Yes. Depending on the creator's settings, messaging may be available to subscribers or followers.

Can I block another user?

Yes. Visit the user's profile, open the options menu (⋮), and select Block User.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Open the options menu (⋮) on the profile, post, message, story, or stream and select Report. Our moderation team will review the report and take appropriate action if necessary.

Password & Security

I forgot my password.

Select Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How can I change my password?

Go to Settings → Security → Change Password.

How can I change my email address?

Navigate to Settings → Account and update your email. You may be asked to verify the new address.

Taxes & Fees

Platform fees and applicable taxes are determined by StarFansy and may vary based on your location and payment method. Any applicable fees or taxes will be shown before your transaction is completed.
